ASB Group, Inc. is a company dedicated to the installation of roof waterproofing system for commercial buildings, industries and residences. We specialize in waterproofing systems composed of synthetic membranes, modified asphalts and cold application. Our treatments meet specifications MSDS and federal regulations. We install systems from Bucotech, Tapco, Gardner, Owens Corning and Johns Manville among others line. Also install channels, metal decks, and do light construction. We supply waterproofing products to the construction industry for over 50th years.

Our company is certified by the Department of State of Puerto Rico with its main office in San Juan, PR.
Our corporation is composed of licensed engineers and is duly registered with the Register of Contractors, Department of Consumer Affairs. We met all the requirements in law, and we have public liability policy and policy of the Corporation of the State Insurance Fund.
